#11: Lauren McElwain - Cooking as a First Language
Lauren McElwain is a devoted mother of three young children who also serves as a part-time speech language pathologist within the Tupelo Public School District. In addition to her role in education, Lauren is a dedicated fitness instructor with expertise in both yoga and Pilates.
